Laurel Sabadosh is an independent dark country artist and songwriter known for her gut-punching lyrics and empowering sound. She writes music for women who learned the hard way and isn’t afraid to say what others won’t. Her songs focus on truth, survival, and strength, told through honest, story-driven writing.

She recently released her debut EP Behind Closed Doors, a project that walks through the chapters of a toxic relationship many listeners recognize in their own lives. Laurel has built her career through independent releases, with her debut single earning over 129,000 streams and her music videos featured on CMT.com. Her single “Who’s Counting” was A-Listed on the Playlisted Podcast and received radio airplay on Q Country 92.5. Other songs, including “You Ain’t a Cowboy,” have been played on radio stations nationwide. Along with her own artist projects, she also writes on outside artist cuts and collaborations.

On stage, Laurel is known for a strong, engaging live show, whether she’s playing a stripped-down acoustic round or a full-band set. She has performed over 70 shows in the part year, performing at key Nashville venues including The Listening Room and The Basement. She also appeared in songwriter showcases alongside artists such as Bailey Zimmerman, Nate Smith, and Gavin DeGraw, and opened for Riley Green at a private event.

Laurel continues to release new music and is currently developing her darkest project yet, drawing from her criminal justice background and bringing those themes into her songwriting.
